Activities
Join us in making wonderful Feast memories with our senior luncheon, family day, and teen excursion!
As with most things these days, there are costs associated with these activities, but we never want the cost to be a reason that you do not attend. To that end, we have an option for you to sign up for the activity--and we will have funds available through our Families Helping Families (FHF) fund to help cover the associated costs. If you have excess funds and would like to make a donation to the Families Helping Families (FHF), you can do so at the bottom of this registration page, or later in Lake Junaluska.
The deadline to pay electronically is September 17; if you sign up after September 17, you will need to pay cash at the Feast site.

Winchester Creek Farm Tour and Social
Join us for a fun afternoon at the Winchester Creek Farm in Waynesville, NC! Located on a 20-acre family-owned farm surrounded by majestic Smoky Mountains, this outing will feature a guided farm tour to meet adorable alpacas, llamas, miniature horses, cows, donkeys, goats, sheep and pigs.
Time: 2:00 p.m. (please arrive 15 minutes early)
Cost: $19.00 (includes the 45-minute educational tour, animal treats, and an ice cream token).
Schedule:
1. Lunch beforehand: teens should plan to eat their own lunches before arriving at the farm.
2. The Tour: once there, our group will be split to take the 45-minutes farm tours starting at 2:00 p.m. and 2:15 p.m.
3. Post-tour hangout: Following the tours, we will provide water bottles and sparkling water so everyone can hang out, socialize, and enjoy the farm atmosphere in the picnic area.
Transportation: Teens should arrange their own rides to and from the farm. Feel free to coordinate carpooling with other families!
Note on cost: We want this activity to be fully accessible to everyone. Please sign up regardless of ability to pay. Anyone wishing to make a contribution to help cover the cost of the activity may make a donation below or at the Information Table.
Chaperones: If parents wish to join the activity as a chaperone, please sign up below as a teen participant and email [email protected] to let him know.
Families Helping Families
If you are able to contribute to Families Helping Families (FHF), your generosity will help offset the cost of the teen activity, the Senior Luncheon and Family Day.
Our goal is to make these events available for everyone to enjoy. Every contribution, large or small, is greatly appreciated and helps us make these special events possible for all of our Feast families.
