Rockingham is known for its relaxed holiday atmosphere, picturesque sunsets on the beach and a host of water and leisure activities. Along the beachfront is a large park and walking path. The climate is Mediterranean, and at that time of the year temperatures could be expected to reach the low to mid 20s Celsius (low to mid 70s Fahrenheit).
