Ken Loucks is an elder and assistant pastor serving the Portland, Oregon and the Dalles, Oregon congregations. Ken and his wife Becca were baptized together in 1987 and married in 1988. They have three children and four grandchildren, all living in the Vancouver, Washington area. Professionally, Ken works in the wastewater industry educating and helping in the development of regulations protecting against sewer system backups.
